Project Management

NTD'S success in delivering quality projects on time and within budget is based on the following project management policies:

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality Control is the top priority of NTD Architecture.  We employ proprietary, standardized, and documented processes to each of our projects to ensure that our clients are happy with the end result. Additionally, the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) on many of our projects enables us to view flaws in design, conflicts among the different disciplines, and additional design opportunities prior to the start of construction.

We implement a strict process to ensure that every necessary measure is taken to deliver a top quality project. Initial coordination by the project team distributes individual assignments and responsibilities. This preliminary coordination effort places focuses on individual responsibilities, eliminates duplication of efforts, sets deadlines for the completion of tasks, categorizes issues, allows for assembly of necessary resources, and helps to effectively accomplish goals.

Following the initial implementation of our project specific Quality Control Plan, we then begin an ongoing process to monitor the progress of our work. First, the interdisciplinary team will come together to closely and comprehensively review their work to ensure that the documents are responsive to the project goals, coordinated across disciplines, and accurate in constructability. Following the completion of this step, an independent review team will perform a secondary check that will be summarized to assure code compliance, design coordination, and constructability.

By providing Prime Design-Build services, NTD is able to accelerate the design and construction phases of a project and meet difficult deadlines.
