NTD'S consulting services include single and service line design, system-wide service
integration, product and service line development, operational assessment, and specialty service design –(breast health, cancer and obstetrics, community women’s health education programs, facility assessment/planning/design, JCAHO preparation and review).
NTD has provided strategic planning, program and service-line development, competitive positioning, operational assessment, work redesign, and system integration/consolidation planning for a number of healthcare clients. The team evaluates the need for redesign, renovation, and/or expansion of the facility for current and future volumes, operational efficiencies, and market appeal.
NTD also works with clients who wish to expand their existing maternal/child health service-line by offering a more comprehensive women’s health program. Research has shown that women who are knowledgeable about healthy lifestyle choices can improve not only their own health, but also the health of their family. NTD works with clients to develop Centers of Excellence in Women’s Health to educate and empower women in the community to reduce health risks and lead healthier lives.
